Greetings and Salutation from our director and owner. My name is  Mx. Steph Lamblin (they/them), MSCJ, NCC, LAC, LPC, ASDCS, GT, EMDR consultant, CAMS trained, CERTH. Hygieia Wellness is LGBTQIA2S+, and BIPOC owned and operated. I offer victims advocacy, psychotherapy and case management services to individuals in Colorado.  I am a firm supporter of neurodiversity affirming and decolonized approaches to health care. I specialize in trauma, abuse recovery, and substance abuse recovery as well as depression, anxiety, ADHD, and PTSD, through the use of EMDR, Parts Integration, Narrative Therapy, Expressive Arts, and Motivational Interviewing.

Our space is friendly to BIPOC, LGBTQ+, Kink, Poly Affirming, Geek, Neurodivergence certified, non-traditional faith base such as, Atheist and pagan communities.

We offer affirming care support and are harm reduction focused. We are an ACP application site. ​
